The prices in "How To Book" include:

Airport Transfers as per the itinerary

Tour Guide: For each tour day

Transportation: by licensed air-conditioned motor coach as per the itinerary for each tour day.

Porterage : 1 piece of luggage per person

Accommodations: 2-3 star hotels based on 2 participants sharing a room, with en-suite facilities and air conditioning.

Suggested hotels: are subject to change. In case of difficulties necessitating a change of program, accommodations or other services, all practical efforts will be made to provide an equivalent service or product.

Entrance fees for all sites set forth in the itinerary

Tips and Gratuity for hotels and restaurants are included. To express exceptional service, additional tipping is always appreciated.

Taxes and service charges are included for tour and school.

Programming and Special Events – program or course materials as set forth in the itinerary

Baggage Allowance: For safety and convenience we ask that each participant limit themselves to only 1 piece of luggage (up to 40 lbs) and one carry on piece of luggage (up to 10 lbs) in accordance with airline regulations. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to baggage or any of the passengers' belongings.

Not included:

  • Airfare from USA to Tel Aviv.
    Airfare option offered for these via an IATA or ARC Carriers, in coach class. The rate includes airport taxes. The airfare and airport taxes are subject to change until ticketing.
  • Transfers from the passengers' residence to the departure gateway and back.
  • Tips and gratuities (It is customary to tip in Israel for guides: 3-5 US $ p/p p/day, driver: 1.5 - 2 US $ p/p p/day)
  • Items of personal nature: room charges, telephones, minibar etc.
  • Drinks at meals, other than those provided by the restaurant
  • Passport and Visa Fees (It is the responsibility of each traveler to have the necessary documents prior to departure)

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance, which should cover cancellation, delay, illness, loss or damage to personal belongings and luggage etc. Contact our office for more details or refer to the link on the web site.

All inclusive programs

Our prices include accommodations and meals, entrance fees to religious and other sites, all activities, all services, speakers and taxes as agreed upon. This method allows you to know the actual cost of the program without any additional costs added on, so that you can relax and enjoy the program without any hidden surprises to deal with later.

Accommodations

All rooms are air-conditioned with private facilities. Some locations have a swimming pool. Lecture rooms and equipment are required at all locations, when requested in advance, to enable us to hold religious, educational and cultural activities.

Transportation

Transportation is by modern air-conditioned motor coaches, most are equipped with TV and video. All coaches and drivers meet the rigorus standards set by the Israeli Ministry of Transportation and Ministry of Tourism .

Insurance: Suppliers are covered by 3rd party liability and professional liability coverage up to $10,000,000 per year.

Travel Tips for your convenience

Those participating in optional water rafting (season permitting) should bring water shoes or old sport shoes and clothes that can get wet and dirty .

Bring sunscreen, hats and prepare to buy bottled water to accompany you on all trips.

Itinerary or optional programming includes bathing suit apparel. Bathing suits are always a good idea to pack despite the season.

Clothing suitable to Target range activity -long trousers, T shirts, sweatshirts and be sure to include closed shoes.

In holy sites modest clothes are expected and in some places mandatory: On tours to holy sites be sure to include in your bus pack apparel for head covering, covering for shoulders, leg covering below the knees.

Seasonal clothing:

Winter season-Nov. through March, beginning of Apr.: Warm clothing is suitable including a warm jacket. Be sure to include short-sleeved ‘T' shirts and perhaps one short pant. It is very common in the winter season to have spring temperatures and layers are always practical.

Spring season- Mid April/ May.: Light weight clothing is suitable, include at least one warm set of garments & a light weight jacket, layers are always practical. Please note that your clothing list should include at least one set of warm clothing suitable to the Target range night activities, situated in the North.

Summer season- June through end of September.: Light weight clothing is suitable, include at least one warm set of clothes (evenings in Jerusalem & the North tend to be on the cold side), layers are always practical. Please note that your clothing list should include at least one set of warm clothing suitable to the Target range night activities, situated in the North.

Fall season-End of September through end of October, mid Nov.: Light weight clothing is suitable, include at least one warm set of clothes (evenings in Jerusalem & the North tend to be on the cold side), & a light weight jacket, layers are always practical. Please note that your clothing list should include at least one set of warm clothing suitable to the Target range night activities, situated in the North.

If you keep in mind that comfortable and practical informal clothing & shoes are always the best to have on hand, you are sure to have a wonderful experience.

Under no circumstances is any participant to bring any form of gun or knife!!
