“M.E. Roy, Ltd.” Company and the “M.E. Roy, Ltd.” training facilities provide instruction and consultation in the security field. The company holds international credentials for “combat for self defense training” and at its disposal are company training plans in work, having been checked on all levels, according to every one of the needs in Israel and abroad. The group maintains the standards association approval of the Israeli Police and of the Israeli Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor as an authorized training company for a facility level of 18 days. The Bazalet Range in Kibbutz Ayelet Hashachar, owned by “M.E. Roy, Ltd.”, is approved by the Israeli Police and Israeli Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor as a facility for training uniform courses of 31 days.

Training and Instruction is carried out for the following categories-body guards, security management, security officers, security guards, security checkers, ushers, inspectors, observers, security selectors, facility guards, entrance guards, security scanners, shift managers, soldiers, workers that are not security staff and any individual in need of training and instruction in the subject.

“M.E. Roy Ltd.” is owned and managed by Mr. Roni Eliav and Yoav Manor.

Mr. Eliav – Served as commanding officer in the best & famous Israeli commando squadron “Sayeret Matcal” and in the IDF reserve force as a Lieutenant colonel for the air-force commando squadron - the equivalent to the admired British “Special Air Service” (SAS).

Mr. Eliav served in the Israeli security forces for a major part of his adult life: Positioned as commander of the security system at the “Ben Gurion International Airport” and commander of the security division of El Al, the Israeli airline. He designed and developed the emergency and security system for the “Board of Regional Conceals” in Israel.

Mr. Manor – Served for many years in the Israeli security systems including the internal security agency “Shabak” where he was posted in Germany as the security commander of El Al, the Israeli airline.

Mr. Manor served in the IDF as commanding officer in a commando unit “Sayerit Golani”.

Head Range Instructor - Avi Goldberg is a commander trained at the school for anti terror combat and received the award for excellence (the President’s Award) for superior teaching in the school. He taught for seven years in the “Ahuza” and continues teaching there in his reserve unit.

Combat training

The company specializes in combat training with all weapons, hand to hand combat with or without armaments and security management training. Its expertise is in coping with all possible threats including suicide terrorism, car explosive devices, mass armed attacks, etc. The company excels in training subjects regarding sappers, weapons, security investigation & selection, use of screening and metal detector apparatus, coping in stress situations, functioning during an emergency, instruction in fire safety and first aid, instruction about the powers of attorney and more according to the need and demand.

The staff consists of skilled trainers in various subjects that are approved in the General Security Service and the Anti Terror Branch of the I.D.F. and have undergone occupational retraining for teaching and advising security in the civilian sector.
